  • Book online to guarantee a ticket! You can also buy tickets at the ticket machine in the Depot's entrance area.
  • Access is time-slot based. The start time is when your visit begins; after that you may stay as long as you like.
  • If you booked with a discount card, remember to bring it and show it at entry.
  • The VriendenLoterij VIP card and Rotterdampas grant entry for 1 person per card.
  • If you're unable to make your booked time slot, please let us know by calling 010-3116610 or emailing boijmans@enviso.io — rebooking is easy and frees up the ticket for someone else, saving Boijmans unnecessary service costs (we're charged fees for every cancellation and no-show, money we'd rather spend on art and research).

Marisol surcharge
For the duration of the Marisol exhibition (October 9, 2026 – March 29, 2027), a €2.50 surcharge applies to ticket prices at the Depot. The surcharge does not apply to children up to age 18, Friends of Boijmans, Rotterdampas, ICOM/CIMAM/AICA/IAA, Rembrandt card, or Stichting Vluchtelingenwerk. The exhibition is costly to organize due to high insurance and transport costs, among other things.
