  • All tickets indicate your entrance time – please make sure you're on time. Once inside, you can wander through the depot as long as you like
  • Booked a discount ticket? Please don't forget to bring your discount card with you, otherwise you will have to buy a new full-price ticket at the entrance
  • The VriendenLoterij VIP card and Rotterdam pass give admission for one person per card

If you're unable to make your time slot, rebooking is very simple – just call us on 010 311 6610 or email boijmans@enviso.io. This way, tickets are freed up for others and we won't have to pay unnecessary service charges. (For every cancellation and no-show, we pay costs that could otherwise fund our collection and research).

Surcharge for Marisol

During the run of the Marisol exhibition (October 9, 2026 to March 29, 2027), a surcharge of €2.50 applies to the ticket price at the Depot. The surcharge does not apply to children aged 18 and under, Friends of Boijmans, Rotterdampas, ICOM / CIMAM / AICA / IAA, Rembrandtkaart, and Stichting Vluchtelingenwerk. This is because the organization of the exhibition is costly due to, among other things, high insurance and transport costs.
